What is a virtual office?
A Virtual Office gives your business a professional address and mail handling services, without the cost of renting a physical office. Depending on your plan, it may also include access to our coworking space and meeting room.
What can I use the business address for?
You can use the Workspaces address for: Business registration (DTI, SEC, BIR, LGU, etc.), banking and financial records, contracts, invoices, websites, and business cards.
Can I use the address for any business activity?
No. The address must not be used for illegal, fraudulent, or misleading purposes. Misuse of the service will result in immediate termination.
How do I receive my mail and parcels?
You can pick them up at Workspaces during office hours (9 am to 6 pm).
What happens if I don’t renew my Virtual Office service?
Your service automatically ends on the expiry date. Workspaces will no longer accept mail or parcels under your name, and any items received after will be returned to sender or disposed of at our discretion.
What do I need to do after termination or non-renewal?
You must immediately stop using the Workspaces address on all registrations, banking records, websites, and marketing materials. You may also be asked to confirm in writing that your business has updated its official address.
What if I continue to use the address after my service ends?
Continued or unauthorized use of the Workspaces address after termination is not allowed. Workspaces will notify government agencies, banks, and senders that you are no longer a client, and legal action may be taken if misuse continues.
How do I cancel my Virtual Office service?
Send us a written notice at least thirty (30) days before you want your service to end. All outstanding balances must be settled before termination.
What happens if I don’t pay on time?
If payment is delayed beyond seven (7) days, your VO service may be suspended. If fees remain unpaid, your service may be terminated.
Is Workspaces liable for lost or delayed mail?
Workspaces will take reasonable care in handling your mail and information, but once mail is released to you or your courier, we are no longer responsible for loss, delay, or damage.
