What are the access hours?

Standard access is Monday to Friday, 9:00 AM to 6:00 PM.

What facilities are included with membership?

Members have access to outlets, high-speed Wi-Fi, and drinking water. The lounge is also available which should be used respectfully and left clean.

Can I bring food inside?

You are welcome to bring your own food or have it delivered through FoodPanda or Grab. Just a friendly reminder that we practice CLAYGO, so whatever you bring in inside Workspaces, you will have to carry out.

If I have a membership for a private room, can I walk in and use it anytime?

To ensure your room is ready and available when you need it, please pre-book in advance. This helps us make sure everyone gets fair access.

Does my membership auto-renew?

All memberships are prepaid and do not auto-renew. To continue access, you must fill out the form again and select your preferred plan.

Are memberships refundable?

No. All memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable.

How do I cancel my membership?

Send us at least 7 days’ notice to cancel. Please note that no refunds are issued for unused services or cancellations.

How do I pay for my membership?

Please fill out the form below and wait for the email confirmation. We accept payment via cash, credit/debit cards, and QR code. To activate your membership and secure access, full payment is required in advance.
